Kirstin Bisley from Hunter Local Land Services will give us an update on the current rules and regulations around Feral Cat Control in NSW.

We will hear about control options and limitations of each method.

Ben Karlson from the National Parks and Wildlife Service will dial in with a report on his work in the Gloucester Tops National Park where he has been trialing the use of a Felixer to control feral cats.

You will have an opportunity to see how to use a cage trap to best effect, with a field demonstration of various set styles.

Morning tea and lunch will be provided.

This event is part of the Private Land Conservation Matters program, funded by the Biodiversity Conservation Trust and supported locally by MidCoast Council.10260318_Feral Cat Workshop (1).png
