Frog Friendly Habitats – Manning Junior Landcare Day 🐸🌿
Join Junior Landcare for a fun and engaging school holiday session all about frogs, their habitats, and how we can help them thrive in our own backyards. In partnership with Manning Valley Neighbourhood Services, this hands-on event will explore the importance of frog-friendly environments while helping boost biodiversity in the community garden by building a frog hotel together.
Please register a ticket per child, adults do not need to register for a ticket!
Time: 10:30-12:30pm (2 hours)
Ages: Recommended for children 2–12 years
Children will enjoy a relaxed, play-based session including:

Learning about frogs and the habitats they need to survive

Helping build a frog hotel in the garden

Nature play and making new friends

Colouring-in and creative activities
-
Making frog-friendly planters and seedlings to take home
A light morning tea will be provided.
This is a family-friendly event designed to encourage curiosity, connection, and simple ways to support frogs at home.
Please note: Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
